Awesome.
Life is going pretty well these days, everyone. I’m excelling at work, and I’ve only been here a few months and both partners are mentioning the possibility of a promotion. It helps me that I love what I’m doing, but, a portion of it is luck, I admit. If people were less good about getting back to me, or the record companies less affable, things could go a lot less smoothly.

Cartoons.
I must look like a complete crazy standing in the middle of the video rental place’s cartoon aisle. Each case I pick up and hug as a warm smile crosses my face. Sometimes I stand here and I almost start crying, but I never really know what for. Maybe for he bliss of holding something so powerfully familiar, like the feeling of being held.
